Since 1993 Andrew has provided political analyses, planned and developed strategic communication campaigns, opinion audits, and orientation seminars for clients in Ukraine

 

He appeared as a guest lecturer on “Effective Government Communications” at the Institute of Public Administration and Local Government in Kyiv and other universities throughout Ukraine.

 

Prior to his involvement with Romyr, Andrew was a Member of Canada’s Parliament and a Commissioner with the Canadian Immigration Refugee Board.

 

He has a keen interest in choral music and has produced several CDs of the leading choirs of Ukraine

 

Andrew is fluent in English and Ukrainian
